ISO 45001 certified. The health, safety and overall wellbeing of our people has and will always be a top priority . It is an ever evolving and open ended commitment that we uphold and one that runs throughout every aspect of our operations. We encourage best practise performance that often goes above industry acceptable standards and are continuously looking for areas of further improvement and growth.
Our objectives and expectations are clearly communicated in person through training exercises, “Toolbox Talks”, safety meetings and briefings. Documents and key information are also shared and made accessible via online platforms.
Before any works are permitted to begin on site, task specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements are prepared and read and understood by all operatives.
Site management ensure operatives are equipped with the correct tools, PPE and adequate skills/training for the task ahead.
Assisting with data based analysis and improvement. Our safety inspections and defect reporting is managed and recorded in real time using innovative software.
Quality
Our QMS complies with our ISO9001 certification which has been without any non conformance to date. All of our installs are as per British Standards and Manufacturer Guidelines. Quality project delivery and Quality control information is recorded in real time using an innovative software application. The documents include project/ product/installation information, time stamp photographs, e-signatures and a live audit trail. Data is used to constantly monitor, analyse and measure our performance across the board.
Our reputation and core business is derived from repeat business and as such our projects are priced and executed with quality being the key factor. Once a project goes to site, our competent and trained work force ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
Mobile batch screeding
At TCS, we’re revolutionising the screeding industry with our innovative Mobile Batching service. Our fleet of state-of-the-art HGVs is fully equipped with on-board pumps, allowing us to deliver both semi-dry and flowing screed directly to site with unmatched efficiency.
Unlike traditional methods, Mobile Batching simplifies logistics, reduces manual handling, and significantly cuts carbon emissions—making it an environmentally smarter choice.
Environmental & Sustainability
Our EMS complies with our ISO14001 accreditation, we have worked hard to embed sustainability into our project delivery and company processes.
As a Source 3 contractor we aim to support Source 1 contractors on their journey to net zero and follow in their footsteps to further reduce our impact on the environment.
Our Carbon reduction policy is currently in progress and will be available to view shortly.
Electric Screed Pumps
Although there is still a requirement for traditional diesel powered plant and machinery within the construction industry, many contractors are exploring more sustainable options. We are happy to assist on projects following a greener path with our fleet of electric only screed pumps. Our quiet and clean E Pumps virtually eliminate air pollution, drastically reduce noise pollution and cause little to no ecological distruption overall. Our electric machines are versatile and can be safely used in confined spaces and on projects with logistic constraints.

We also see the benefits of computer software programmes used to manage ordering processes efficiently, store and manage health, safety and environmental related inspections and reporting and quality management records and schedules. The data collected is integral to future expectations and targets.
