I joined TCS in 2018 as an assistant to the Commercial department and after a short period of time was offered the opportunity to learn about Quantity Surveying. I progressed in to an assistant Quantity Surveyor where I worked directly alongside the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager learning as much as I could. After just over 5 years of learning to price jobs and learning the Commercial aspect of the business, I was offered a newly created position as Pre Construction Manager where I would now be involved in the setup of all new projects from ensuring products proposed on each job are approved to making sure the correct material is being ordered via our bespoke made ordering system. I thoroughly enjoy working at TCS and am excited for my career ahead.
