Contracts Manager - Floor Screeding

TCS screeding are looking for Contracts Managers to join our growing team. To run and manage our various large scale projects across London and the South East.

TCS screeding are looking for Contracts Managers to join our growing team. To run and manage our various large scale projects across London and the South East.

You should have experience with the following:

Site Construction programmes – ensuring timelines/targets are adhered too
Attending pre start meetings
Attending progress meetings
Attending H&S meetings
Ensuring contract documents are reviewed and adhered to.
Ensuring spec compliance and liaising with technical teams and manufacturers to obtain warrantied specification/plan of works.
Using document systems such as 4P, A-Site, Aconex
Raising RFI's as required.
Ordering materials as required to the specification of the projects assigned.
Managing Supervisors to ensure duties are carried out as required.
Booking in labour for works planned.
Carrying out QC checks via tablet.
dealing with main contractors.
How to effectively handle confrontations that may arise on site
How to carry out direct supervision of operatives ensuring works are carried out in a safe, compliant, effective and efficient manner
How to monitor site operatives’ performance
Understanding of Site Health & Safety
Planning to ensure resource is available for the workload
Attend and participate in internal management and programming meetings
How to ensure Measurement, Record Sheets and Incident and Accident Report Forms are fully completed if applicable
Proactively work with customers to ensure the site and workload is running smoothly
How to manage onsite deliveries
