Our resin flooring services
Resin flooring and coatings are hard wearing and durable floor finishes made from a synthetic resin, often epoxy or polyurethane.
Generally specified in heavy trafficked areas, car parks and service areas due to it being easy to clean, having a high resistance to wear and tear, chemicals and moisture, even under high impact with heavy vehicles and machinery.
TCS are trained and experienced in the installation of many different systems, each with their own benefits and uses from anti slip coatings, waterproof tanking systems, car park decking to decorative floor finishes and coving. We work with manufacturers to produce specifications suitable for the final use of the area, including site visits, testing and warranties.
Preparation services and line marking is also offered.
Completing the resin finish on top of the floor zone installed by TCS allows us to offer a complete system warranty for the Full Floor-Zone and negates the any interface issues between the multiple trades. Standalone warranties are also available for resin systems.
