Underfloor heating is quickly becoming the heating method of choice for commercial projects and domestic home owners alike.
The heat that rises from the floor is evenly distributed allowing for a comfortable and controlled temperature in the room. It is comfortable underfoot, space saving and allergy reducing through eliminating bulky radiators/convection systems and overall a cost effective way of heating a space.
TCS provide a full CAD design service and work with leading manufacturers to provide a reliable and warranted system with a range of modern controls and accessories.

Installing underfloor heating in house ensures no delays between preparation and screed being installed which is often the case when underfloor heating is installed by a separate contractor.

Tacker Clip
A popular and cost effective solution where underfloor heating pipe is secured to fitted insulation board using clips.
Castellated Panel
Castellated panel can be laid on insulation or existing floor where there is minimal room for build up. The pipe is fitted into the panel and a specialist thin section screed is laid over the top.
Aluminium Diffusion Plates
Often used in sports halls and timber frame construction projects. Aluminium plates are fitted on top of pre-grooved insulation panels to diffuse the heat. The underfloor heating pipes are then slotted into the grooves in the panels.
Electric Underfloor Heating Matting
For use often in wet rooms and bathrooms, a prefabricated mat with electronic heating cables attached can be fitted.
Maintenance
Service
Our in house Maintenance Team carry out routine commissioning, repairs and set up checks of our newly installed systems.
We also respond to reports of accidental damage, carrying out emergency part replacement and/or repairs to the equipment, fixtures and fittings of working underfloor heating systems where required.
Additional services such as flushing and dosing of the underfloor heating system are available.
Temporary Boiler Service
Running a heat cycle through underfloor heated screed is a crucial step to aid screed drying, prevent cracking, verify underfloor heating performance and to comply with British Standards BS8204-1, BSEN1264-4, BS8203. Often heat is not available on site, so TCS can offer a temporary boiler solution.
